my new website under construction - using MS publisher 2003 web wizard templates - standard size width - 800 x 600 px - 760 width - fits high resolution without scrolling - when viewed as a web site it’s two blocked to the left on the my display - is there any way it can be centered? - i did expand the web pages using page set up and then had a complaint that viewers had a problem with horizontal navigation - so i went back to standard.
Thanks
I had to do a little research but I did find out that it is possible to center your website but it will cause other issues with your website. You would need to look at the code side and make all position values “center” instead of “absolute”. However, this will erase any placement values for “widgets” or text placement in relation to other items on your website, in effect centering all pieces of your website on top of each other. Since you have MS publisher do you also have MS FrontPage? If you switch to MS FrontPage you will have a little more room for making changes to your website.
